You are informed that MARITIME PROCUREMENT SERVICES S.A.P.I. DE C.V., will collect your personal information under the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, provided for in the Law on the matter.
The purposes of processing your data are legitimate, specific and consistent with the activities or purposes that MARITIME PROCUREMENT SERVICES S.A.P.I. DE C.V. pursues on the occasion of the realization of its corporate purpose, mentioning but not limited to: provisioning ships and supply of goods and services such as waste treatment and related activities to develop the main purpose, for which it integrates a database updated of the clients, as well as of the personnel that works in the Company.
MARITIME PROCUREMENT SERVICES S.A.P.I. DE C.V., has the necessary and sufficient resources in its facilities and electronic means to ensure the privacy, confidentiality and discretion of its database, as well as the appropriate treatment, in order to limit the use of the information collected, and has with administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment. Likewise, the existing risk, the possible consequences for the holders, the sensitivity of the data and technological development will be taken into account.
The holders of the personal data or, where appropriate, their legal representatives, by providing them, it is tacitly understood that they express to MARITIME PROCUREMENT SERVICES S.A.P.I. In this sense, the holders at any time may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO RIGHTS), regarding the information that concerns them, through a written request submitted to MARITIME PROCUREMENT SERVICES S.A.P.I. DE C.V., accompanied by the requirements established in article 29 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
MARITIME PROCUREMENT SERVICES S.A.P.I. DE C.V., may keep the personal data whose cancellation has been requested, exclusively for the purposes of the responsibilities arising from the treatment.
The blocking period will be equivalent to the prescription period of the actions derived from the legal relationship that founds the treatment in the terms of the Law of the matter. DE C.V., will not be obliged to cancel personal data when: It refers to (i) the parties to a private, social or administrative contract and is necessary for its development and fulfillment; (ii) must be treated by legal provision; (iii) hinders judicial or administrative actions related to tax obligations, the investigation and prosecution of crimes or the updating of administrative sanctions; (iv) are necessary to protect the legally protected interests of the owner; (v) are necessary to carry out an action based on the public interest; (vi) are necessary to comply with an obligation legally acquired by the owner: (vii) are subject to treatment for prevention or medical diagnosis or management of health services, provided that said treatment is carried out by a professional of the health subject to a duty of secrecy.
The delivery of personal data to the owner will be free, and the owner must cover only the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats. The right of access will be exercised by the owner, after proof of identity. However, if the same person repeats his request in a period of less than twelve months, the costs will not be greater than three days of the General Minimum Wage in force in the Federal District (Mexico City), unless there are substantial modifications to the notice of privacy that motivate new consultations.
In case of making changes to this PRIVACY NOTICE, MARITIME PROCUREMENT SERVICES S.A.P.I. DE C.V. will inform the holders electronically, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law of
Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
